We do not quote over the phone, because a price given sight-unseen is a price that changes on arrival.

Often, yes. Same-day slots open up most weeks, and the earlier in the day you call, the better the odds. Booking runs Monday through Saturday, 7am to 8pm. We will not promise a window until we have looked at the schedule with you, because a promise we cannot keep is worse than an honest next-day appointment. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard debris, construction debris, garage and shed contents, hot tubs, and the full contents of a house. If it fits in the truck and is not hazardous, it generally goes. The crew does all the lifting and loading, so you do not have to move anything to the curb first. Anything you are unsure about gets confirmed on the quote call before the crew rolls.

The crew skips hazardous and regulated items like tires, car batteries, wet paint, motor oil and fuel, chemicals and solvents, full propane tanks, asbestos, and medical or biohazard waste.
